We had a pretty good showing despite a Nazi invasion of DC...

...Ok, we had 24 Nazis, a thunderstorm, and a few thousand counterprotesters, but it did make for an interesting weekend, indeed.

Here are some samples of this sessions work:

The small group seems to be settling nicely into the new location.

Two images from a shoot earlier this week are attached as reference shots.

If you were in attendance this evening and would like to share your work on the blog, please send pictures to ndg.draw.naked@gmail.com.

Good turnout tonight. Here's a sample of the work

NDG Recap. 10-22-17. Model: Eric P

Tonight, we started drawing in a newer, if a bit smaller location. Good turnout and the model gave us excellent poses.

In future, as in the past, other artists may share their work here, but it will be up to them to photograph it and send it to the group mailbox.

It went well, and we'll meet again next month.

TIME TO DRAW - Restarting NDG in a new location

We were able to secure a new location - as after our hiatus, the old location may not have been the best fit for the group (parking problems, scheduling conflicts, distance from the host's studio)

We'll be drawing on Sunday evenings, once a month. The artists and models will be nude. All skill levels of drawing are welcome, and even if you just want to be naked and drag your pencil lazily across the paper, that's the minimum requirement.

We are men and occasionally erections happen. We do not discourage erections, but we ask that any erotic energies be focused back into your artwork, as not all in the room have an interest in sharing your intentions.

If you attend, you'll be asked to share drawings you would not mind having posted online to a blog. You can sign them if you wish.

If you have an interest in attending or modelling for the group, indicate your intentions in the subject line and send and email to ndg.draw.naked@gmail.com

Pictures will be posted later in a RECAP of tonight's event.

Thanks.
